As soon as the Doctor moved even a inch, you could hear all the guns cocking simultaneously.  At this, he raises his hands up and, with a smirk, he states, "Sure, point your guns at me if it makes you feel better." Then he just walks over to the general, despite over a dozen loaded firearms pointed at his head. As the General looks at him bewildered, the Doctor looks at everyone and claps his hands together as he tells everybody, "Now, you desperately need my help. In the midst of this confusion, a man in a military outfit walks through the chaos, with a man at each side. He goes to the front of the room. "Everybody, just CALM DOWN!" he shouts.
